By popular demand, Andy is now offering exclusive hands on cooking lessons in the comfort of your home kitchen. He has successfully built up his cooking school business(Ouichef) in Normandy, France which offers professional and non-professional cooking holidays at all levels.
Andy has now decided to expand his cooking school empire and offer one-on-one private tuition throughout Europe and the world. Andy has over 35 years of cooking experience at all levels and was formally a principal lecturer in England and also very successful in national and international cooking competitions (including the world culinary olympics) and has many gold medals to his name. He has a great passion for French classical and modern cuisine and is an inspiration to all that he teaches and a master in the art of cookery.

1 Day cooking tuition 350 Euros
2 Day cooking tuition 650 Euros
3 Day cooking tuition 1000 Euros
4 Day cooking tuition 1300 Euros
5 Day cooking tuition 1600 Euros
The above rates are for one-on-one or up to two persons. For other group tuition rates, please contact us at ouichef and we will be happy to quote you.
After an initial consultation (by email or visit) where we will discuss your requirements and course details, we will then create a learning program specifically for you or your group.
All rates are exclusive of travel and accommodation , which will be added to the overall cost of your tuition. However, Ouichef will create a list and supply all food ingredients
It is best that the tuition is conducted using your regular kitchen utensils as this will give you the confidence to do it on your own.
