Terms and Conditions
The price does not include air fares, ferries, taxis or transfers.
All bookings must be made in advance, accompanied by a deposit or full payment.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking and the balance will be payable before the holiday commences. Any bookings made within eight weeks of commencing will require full payment.
Fees will be returnable subject to deduction of the deposit if written notice of cancellation is received at any time prior to eight weeks before the start of the booking. If you cancel within eight weeks from the booking start date you will be responsible for payment of the full fees. If you terminate during the booking period, you are not entitled to the return of any proportion of fees.
Any property which you bring to Le Jardinet is brought entirely at your own risk and the proprietors cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to the property of any guest. Le Jardinet will not accept responsibility for any injuries during your stay with us.
It is advised that you arrange adequate holiday insurance to cover medical expenses. Personal accident, loss or damage to personal property and cover for cancellation or curtailment. If for any reason Le Jardinet has to cancel any dates for any reason beyond our control the full amount paid will be refunded. We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for any financial losses resulting from cancellation
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building.

You are advised not to book travel arrangements until your booking has been confirmed.
Booking fees and dates are quoted at the time of going to print and we reserve the right to make alterations as and when desired necessary or relevant. Guests will be notified as soon as practicable of any change.
